Hi Parents!

Here is what we did today!

We did poem. We did a digraph search. (James)

We did math. We had to roll a 10-sided dice. We used base 10 blocks. We built the number we rolled with the dice. We wrote the number on the paper. (Caroline)

Aster was the teacher assistant. (Aiden)

We did project. We made a chick life cycle spinner. (Grayson)

Our last chick hatched! (Evalynn)

We did Daily 5. (Parker)

We did Fundations. We did the word frames. Our trick word was “was”. (Adalynn)

In writing, we wrote in our chick hatching journals. Mrs. Hotchkiss taught us how to hold the chicks! We got to hold them! (Aster)

We had inside play time this morning. (Azayla)

We did read aloud. It was about chicks. (Rylan)

I got to put the word frames up. (Abby)

We did the days in school. There are 23 days left. (Maya)

We did math workstations. (Will C.)

We did a GoNoodle. (Parker)

We did word games. (Xander)

We did library. We read a book. We made things with shapes. (Rose and Aiden)

There will not be a daily email sent out Thursday, Friday, or Monday while I am out of town! Please make sure to call the school if you need anything! I will be running a half marathon in Nashville!
