Here is what we
did today!
It was Isaac’s birthday. (Brooklynn)
We went to library. We logged into the
computer. (AJ)
We did a tornado drill. (Isaac)
My dad came today! He is a community
helper. (Landon) We met Sergeant Koch and he taught us about
the highway patrol!
We did math. We found circles. (Russell)
We did Daily 5. (Madelynn)
We did closing meeting. (Wilson)
We did morning buzz. (Carmel Grace)
We did our poem and we put it in our poetry
folder. (Dempsey)
We wrote a story about our lives in our new
writing folders. (Emma)
We did the letter n today. We wrote in on
white boards. (Brooklynn)
We did Starfall letter n. (Wilson)
We did the calendar. (Joshua)
We did our lunch count. (Maclyn)
We did days in school. We have been in
school 35 days. Five more until 40! (Ismael)
In your child’s
folder you will find lots of information on Fun Fest! I also put a Social
Growth and Work Habits Update. Please look this over and discuss it with your
child this weekend. Please initial and return it on Monday.
I also put a mini
paper book that we did not get to this week. You can keep this at home.
On Friday,
October 13th, we will be having an apple tasting day to celebrate
all we will learn about apples! We will be trying all things apple and then
graphing our favorites. Please sign up for an item if you would like to
help out and send it in by Thursday, October 12th. Thank you!

Park at Stephen’s Lake Park. They are doing a fun Dock Dogs jumping
competition!
