Hi Parents!
Here is what we
did today!
We did writing. We made a chart of things
we do at home before school, after school, and at bedtime. Tomorrow we are
going to write stories about it. (Dempsey)
We did library. We checked out a book and
played ST Math on the computers. (Isaac)
We are doing closing meeting and snack.

We did Fundations. We wrote capital A and B
in our Fundations notebooks. (Ismael)
We did Daily 5. (Madelynn)
We got new writing journals for Daily 5. We
also got a resource book for words to write. (Maclyn)
We did math workstations. (Wilson)
Spirit day is this
Friday, February 23rd! Students may go back in time to dress like
their favorite decade. Your child may dress as the decade of their choice (we
will not be doing the same decade for the whole class). Students may not wear
masks or carry props. Attire worn to school must be appropriate for learning,
and will be worn for the entire day
Next Friday, March
2nd we will be doing a Dr. Seuss celebration. If you have a favorite
Dr. Seuss book (Green Eggs and Ham is taken) and you would like to be a guest
reader, please reply to this email! We will have guest readers scheduled
throughout the day so I can be flexible with time of day.
