Here is what we
did today!
We went to P.E. We ran outside. Ismael ran
the most laps! (Carmel Grace)
We did our poem. We highlighted the word
“it”. (Isaac)
We retold the story The Mitten. We
used a paper mitten and puppet animals. (Maclyn)
We did morning meeting and now we are doing
closing meeting and snack. (Joshua)
We did Daily 5. (Ismael)
We got in a circle for morning buzz and
whenever we had the cub we got to say our favorite thing we do on the
playground. (Brooklynn)
We did Fudations. We did magnet boards.

We celebrated Ismael’s birthday! (Britt)
We did math. We played 10 Bears on a Bus.
We used cards instead dice. We wrote an addition sentence. (Emma)

Monday is the 100th
day! There is a reminder note in the folder today.
Reading bags are
coming home today (if your student returned their bag last Friday). Please have
your student read these to you this weekend and return these books on Monday.
There is an additional book in the bag called “The Mitten” we have not read this
book together. This would be a great book to practice word solving strategies
