Hi
Parents!
Here
is what we did today:
We
did writing. We wrote a letter to our 3rd grade buddy. It was to
wish them good luck so they could do good on the MAP test. (Logan and Andrew)
We
did snack. We read the book When Spring Comes. (Layla)
We
did Daily 5. We made 2 choices. (Ginger)
We
did math. What we did for math is we played with the arithmetic racks. We had
small ones and we could play with partners. We also played on the SmartBoard
like quick eyes. We got to explore the racks with a partner or play quick eyes.
(Mikayla)
We
did Fundations. We did short o and long o. We did our vowel chart and little
cards and big cards. (Kate)
We
learned about lima beans and got to see what’s inside the lima beans. What is
inside is the flower things and the little plant and the protection called the
seed coat so it can protect the little plant that is gonna grow. You have to
plant it for it to grow. (Sophia)
We
did our poem. We read it. We talked about the words are and is. (Dylan)
We
did morning job. We did a kit project about the signs of spring. We had to
color. We are going to hang it up. (Kate and Max)
