Hi Parents!

Here is what we did today!

Tomorrow is our last day of school. (Dempsey)

We had a guest reader. It was my sister, Isabelle. She read the book Thank You, Amelia, Bedelia. (Isaac)

We did morning meeting. (Xander)

We did music. We finished Mary Poppins. We sang a song. (Carmel Grace)

We had an assembly. The assembly had people playing the drums. Two teachers got to come up and help. Four kids got to come up too. (Brooklynn)

Tomorrow we get to wear a swimsuit. We are having a water day! (Emma)

We did Daily 5. We had time for 2 choices. (Blake)

After the assembly we lined up and gave the 5th graders a high five. They are going to a different school next year. (Maclyn)

We wrote about what we like to do in the summer. The summer break is about to start. We had a summer packet. (Ismael)

LOTS and LOTS of stuff coming home today!

In the folder you will find the grade card! A folder with your child’s collection of Weekend News is coming home as well. In the pocket of this folder you will find old assessments. Everything from the book box is coming home today as well!

Our water day is tomorrow! We hope you can make it! We will do a picnic lunch at 10:20 am and then play after! Students will need a swimsuit, hats/sunglasses, and dry clothes! Girls may wears their suits under their clothes to school. Boys can come in their trunks and shirt. Please apply sunscreen before school.

Tomorrow we will have early dismissal at 12:50 pm.
