Hi Parents!

Here is what we did today!

We did library. We got to play on the computers for the last time. We got to do capstone, links, ABCya, or STMath. (Brooklynn)

We did Fundations. This was our last Fundations. We did our magnet boards. We practiced long and short vowel sounds. Long vowel sounds are when the vowels say its name. (Isaac)

We did math. We played a game called 20’s frame memory. You had to take the number that you had and match it to the 20’s frame. If you got it right then you got to keep it and put it in a pile. (Dempsey)

We did counselor. We got to play a game called Summer Bingo. (Madelynn)

We did Daily 5. (Carmel Grace)

We did read aloud. We went to Mercy Watson’s website. We read about the illustrator and author. The illustrator sometimes has to draw Mercy 3 or 4 times to get her right. We watched a video of him drawing Mercy. (Emma) www.mercywatson.com

We did our program practice. We practiced our songs. Tomorrow parents will be coming in the afternoon. All the Kindergarten classes will be singing together. (Maclyn)

We did morning meeting. We have been in school 169 days. (Xander)
