Hi Parents!

Here is what we did today!

We did music. We sang songs. We sang 3 songs inside one song. (James and Maya)

We had 2 birthdays! It was Kennedy’s birthday and Alice’s half birthday. (Caroline and Rose)

We did calendar. (Maya)

We did math. We did story problems. We tried to show how we got to the answer. (Hayden)

We talked about Martin Luther King Jr. and how he is special. We helped people solve their problems. (Aster)  This would be great to discuss at home as well! The kids had lots of questions!

Martin Luther King Jr. died. (Azayla)

In Fundations we learned how to tap. (Abby)

We did writing. We did Weekend News. We wrote about what we did over the weekend. (Caroline)

We did math workstations. (Will C.)

Kennedy’s mom showed us a white egg and a brown egg. They were different on the outside but the same on the inside. She read us a book. (Rylan)

We did Daily 5. (Evalynn)

Cocoa Night is this Thursday from 4:30-6 pm! Pop in, grab some cocoa, and let your student show you around the room!
