Hi Parents!

Here is what we did today!

We had Brynn’s birthday snack. It was chocolate oatmeal cookies. Everyone got one, even Mrs. Hotchkiss! (Anders and Evie)

We had closing meeting. (Evie)

We had math. We played Counters in a Cup with 8 cubes. (Eshan)

We made a person that looked like us. We are learning about our bones. To make the body stand up we used Popsicle sticks. We put them on the back with glue. Our bones give us structure. If we don’t have bones we are floppy like paper. (Yahna)

We did the poem called My Body. (Kayleigh)

We had Fundations. We wrote in our Fundations notebooks capital Y and Z. We drew pictures to go with it. (Elizabeth)

We did writing. We did our How To books. We did steps 5 and 6. When you were done with your book you could share with a partner. After you shared with a partner you could share it with a different partner. (Sophia and Brynn)

We had Daily 5. We have one after closing meeting. (Abigail)

We had library. Ms. V was there because our other library teacher was gone. We got to do ABCya or MyOn. (Sophia)

We had sports day. We got to wear your favorite sport. (Brendan and Anders)
