Hi Parents!
Here is what we
did today!

plants live too. (Hayden)

did a train. We switched who was in the front and who was the caboose. (Maya)
At math we counted backwards. We ate
marshmallows to count backwards! (Caroline)
We learned about the sun. (James)
We did read aloud. We read a sun book.

We did writing. We wrote what we would do
in space! (Abby)
We did poem. Our word of the week is “in”.
(Aster)
In Fundations we did P and O. (Caroline)
We did days in school and wrote it on the
white boards. (Maya)
Here is an important
note from our Art teacher, Mr. Gwinner!
As you may have
heard, we are planning a project that will involve every student at Mill Creek
painting a rock. The painted rocks will
be gathered together in a location to be determined on the school grounds—to
create a large display celebrating the power of teamwork. We will paint these rocks during art class
but we are asking students to bring rocks to school for the project. Students should bring 2-5 rocks that would be
good to paint on. Ideally, these rocks
should be smooth (but not polished), round, and lightly colored. Rocks should be small enough to easily hold
in the palm of one hand, but not so small as to be easily held between two
fingers.
Have a great night!
