Here is what we did today!

We read the book Big Pumpkin. (Cora)

We did closing meeting. (George)

Today was my birthday! (Presley)

We did math. We put the candy in the bags. We colored the bags. We did number stories. (Leo, Sophie, and Jesse)

We did Fundations. We wrote on our white boards. (Logan)

We did the schedule. (Avie)

We got to see the Daily 5 choice chart. (Lux)

We did Monday News. (Jackson)

We went out to recess. (Ellen)

We did morning meeting. (Phoebe)

Tomorrow will be the 50th day of school! (Sarah)

Attached is my Parent Teacher Conference schedule! Please let me know if you cannot make your day or time work so I can get it changed.

On Wednesday we will be having a pizza party! Liam McCarthy won one for our class at Fun Fest! If you would like to donate a healthy side (fruit, carrots/ranch, etc.) please let me know by replying to this email!

**Our Fall Celebration With Books will be Wednesday, October 30th!**

Your child may wear a costume to school (book characters encouraged). No masks, scary make-up, wigs, weapons or props--anything that could be a distraction. The costume must be something that can be worn all day.  Tennis shoes are encouraged. Since the focus is on reading your child can bring a favorite book or two from home as well as a small stuffed animal (it needs to be able to fit in the backpack).
