Field
Trip Tomorrow!!
If your child is bringing a lunch from home,
please make sure everything can be thrown away. We will not be taking
lunch boxes to the farm. I will grab sack lunches from the cafeteria in the
morning for those who ordered.
In preparation for our field trip, please make
sure your child has warm layering clothing. The wind cuts across the pumpkin
patch and there is no wind breaks. It tends to feel colder out there. Coats,
jackets, hats, gloves/mittens, shoes that can get dirty are wise to have on
hand. Now is also a GREAT time to start practicing self-help skills such as
fixing sleeves that are turned inside out, zipping coats, buttoning coats
independently, fixing upside coats that are turned upside down, etc. It really
helps at this time of year when kids can master these skills independently.
Thanks for your help!
Parent
