Hi Parents!

Here is what we did today!

We had library. We checked new books. We played on the computers. (Blake)

We did math. We did a flower game. The teen number was in the flower. We put the addition number sentence to match. We put counters on the double tens frame. (Madelynn, Dempsey, and Isaac)

We made a project. We used cotton balls. We stretched them out to make something. It was a cloud. We thought it was something but it was just a cloud up in the sky. (Maclyn and Ismael)

We did read aloud. We read a book about clouds. (Emma)

We are doing closing meeting and snack. (Xander)

We did Fundations. We did tapping on the smartboard. They all had the bossy r. We wrote the letter Q and R. (Britt)

We did Daily 5. We had one choice. Mrs. Hotchkiss added a new word work game. (Carmel Grace)

We learned about clouds. Cumulus clouds are big puffy white clouds. Cumulonimbus clouds are big storm clouds. They can cause thunderstorms, tornados, and damage. Stratus clouds are low and flat like a pancake. Cirrus clouds are thin, high, and wispy like horse tails. (Brooklynn, Emma, Joshua, and Dempsey)
