Hi Parents!

Here is what we did today!

We went to music. We sang Yankee Doodle Went to Town. We did a fire drill at music. (Carmel Grace)

We are doing closing meeting and snack. (Xander)

For math we played a game where you had to flip over 2 cards. You add the 2 numbers together. You have a partner. Whoever has the biggest number gets to take all the cards. (Emma)

We did writing. We wrote about what we are going to be when we grow up. Some of us practiced our pictures on the back if we had time. (Isaac and Joshua)

We did morning meeting and morning buzz. (Joshua and Brooklynn)

We did math workstations. (Ismael)

We did read aloud. Mrs. Hotchkiss read Spring is Here. (Maclyn)

We did Daily 5. (Britt)

We did the weather. AJ had to set up the weather report. He told us what he put. (Ismael)

We did the poem. We did clapping syllables. (Wilson)

We did Fundations. We did the letter K and L in our Fundations notebooks. We tapped out words on the smartboard. All the words had a silent e at the end. (Brooklynn and Dempsey)

Spring pictures are tomorrow! Only the kids who order pictures will get their pictures taken. If you order online please print off the confirmation.
