Hi Parents!

Here is what we did today!

We did art. We are making a bowl of fruit. (Logan and Mikayla)

We went outside. (Sylus)

We played a shapes and colors Bingo game. (Connor)

We had grandparents help us make family trees for grandparent’s day! (Andrew)

We read a book about Pinkalicious who turned pink! (Layla)

It was Logan’s ME bag. (Jayden)

We got to do a brain break song for our grandparents. (Sophia)

We did the pledge of allegiance. (James)

We did Logan’s name poster and name cheer. (James and Ginger)

We drew a picture of Logan. (Malai)

We read books to grandmas and grandpas. (Evan)

We get some extra recess time right now! (Sophia)

The kids and grandparents/special friends had a great time at Grandparent’s Day! Thank you to all who participated! I took lots of pictures but unfortunately Twitter is not working over the CPS server right now so I will have to post pictures at a later time!

Make sure your child knows their student ID number! We are trying to phase out the lunch number cards! They will start selling ice cream at lunch at MWF and the kids need to know their lunch numbers to purchase it!
