Hi Parents!!

Here is what we did today!

We did Makerspace. We got to make whatever we wanted with paper. We could use special tape that we had to glue. (Caroline)

We did music. (Azayla)

We did word games. (James)

We did project. We did some writing. We wrote what we could hear. After that we made bunny ears! We got to glue it and make it headband. (Aster)

We had Fundations. We made a word with a vowel in the middle. We added an e to the end and it made the vowel say it’s name! (Abby) We worked on the difference between long vowel and short vowel sounds. There are some fun games on Starfall to practice this!

We did morning meeting and calendar. (Adalynn)

I was the teacher assistant. I got to hold Echo the Owl at Fundations. (Maya)

At writing today, we wrote about what we want to be where we grow up. (Caroline) We are going to turn these stories into a published book through a company called Student Treasures! Here is a little video about the publishing process! https://youtu.be/qsm8go5gPRk

We did poem. It was a poem about our 5 senses. We tested our sense of hearing. (Evalynn)

We did read aloud. It was a book about hearing. (Adalynn)

We did Daily 5. (Xander)

We built words with magnet boards. (Aiden)
